After serving as a principal for 19 years and completing 32 years of dedicated service with Dallas ISD, I retired with a continued passion for making a meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I witnessed firsthand how instability at home affects every part of a person’s life, especially their ability to learn, heal, and thrive. Upon retiring, I felt called to continue serving my community in a new way by helping address housing insecurity. This led me to create Patriot Room Solutions, a safe and supportive housing option for veterans in need. My mission is to provide stability, dignity, and a place to call home for those who served our country, continuing my life’s work of supporting people on their path to success and well-being.
